In KB "Panorama", according to the results of interaction with users of line the agrarian GIS, the agro10t.rsc digital classifier has been updated, which is used for creating agricultural maps. The classifier provides the creation of digital maps used in the GIS "Panorama AGRO" for managing an agricultural enterprise. These maps include maps of agricultural land contours, maps of agrochemical monitoring of fields, maps of crop yields of individual crops, gross and marketable crop production, maps for managing transport and agricultural equipment of the enterprise, and other thematic maps.
Since 2010, the specialists of the FSBI the Russian Agricultural Center (Rosselhoscenter) have used the classifier for making special phytosanitary monitoring maps. The use of geographic information systems of KB "Panorama" allowed the Rosselhoscenter to automate the technology of monitoring the intensity of development and harmfulness of organisms, based on a systematic recording of indicators in order to track changes in the functional state of plants and their living conditions.
Mapping of agricultural lands as production resources includes the performance of works on their typologization and assessment of the state of current and future use. The classifier takes into account the requirements of agroecological zoning and contains the necessary layers, objects and symbols for mapping the results of agroaudit of agricultural enterprises.
The created agricultural maps can be used in external information systems, including for solving the tasks of state monitoring of agricultural lands. The changes made to the agro10t.rsc classifier are aimed at establishing a more perfect composition and order of displaying the layers, giving to all the elements of laconic names, setting the exact correspondence of the semantics to the objects.
The updated classifier is available for download in the "Classifiers" section.
In KB "Panorama", program complex the Panorama AGRO Service version 3.1 is developed. In the new version an obtaining of data from the UNDS transport satellite monitoring systems is optimized. The complex is intended for retransmission of data of monitoring the transport and agricultural equipment from external navigation systems to the base of
In the new version, support for receiving data via the EGTS protocol (Era Glonass Telematics Standard, GOST R 54619-2011) has been expanded. This protocol was introduced by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated July 31, 2012 No. 285, and is supported by the majority of new Russian-made trackers. Panorama AGRO Service allows you to organize data transfer from the following telematics systems: AutoGRAPH, UNDS, Stabliner, GLOSAW, Wialon, Gelix-2, as well as receive data using TCP/IP network via the EGTS protocol. A wide range of supported telematics systems provides obtaining the navigation information from hundreds of different types of devices.
Service has no rigid binding to the type of the onboard kit and provides scaling of system at the expense of independent connection to it by users of the its objects of monitoring. Requirements for the objects of monitoring are opened and include a description of the supported types of sensors, the protocol of information interaction and the procedure for registration of technical means in the system.
The new version and documentation are available for download on the Download page.

Using the external Geosys service, a calculating and loading the values of vegetation indexes of the following types are supported: NDVI, CVI, EVI and GNDVI. The “Satellite Monitoring” task tools provide the placement of vegetation indexes in the information base of soil fertility. Data is stored in the form of time series of averaged values for the entire field contour and in the form of matrixes of quality that characterize the value of the index at each point of the field. The loaded information is automatically ordered on the time axis. This approach allows you to view the vegetation index matrixes with an arbitrary choice of point in time and build graphs of the vegetation index. Graphs are based on the average daily (averaged) values for the entire field or for a given point of the arable contour. The new mode "Viewing values of matrixes in a point" provides a visual analysis of changes in the value of the vegetation index within the boundaries of the contour of the agricultural land when the mouse cursor is moved. The graph for the selected index is formed by the values of several matrixes corresponding to different points in time. New tools simplify the search for fields heterogeneity by identifying local areas of arable land that differ in the level of plant biomass.
For the possibility of remote, multi-user, authorized access, the data of satellite monitoring is stored in the "Panorama AGRO" database and on the GIS Server.

The presented technologies of satellite monitoring are implemented in software products of KB "Panorama":
The corresponding modes allow you to download the matrix of qualities with the values of the indices NDVI, CVI, EVI, GNDVI and average daily values along the contour of the field over the last 10 years. Zoning maps, built on the historical values of NDVI, make it possible to identify problem areas in the working areas and with high accuracy to predict crop yields, and also to make the decision on necessity for fertilizer application.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" took part in the second All-Russian scientific conference with international participation
Employees of the company presented the report on the topic "Collecting and preparing the remote sensing data of the Earth from open sources for the purpose of information support for precision farming systems" with an overview of current data sources and methods for their correction for use in a single geographic information system of agricultural enterprises. The presented methods and technologies of satellite monitoring are applied in software products of KB "Panorama":
Agrophysical Research Institute - one of the oldest scientific institutions engaging in researches in the field of agriculture and particularly of the use of remote-sensing instruments of the Earth. Held since 2015, the All-Russian Scientific Conference is a platform for the presentation of theoretical developments and the exchange of experience for all participants in the agricultural field of activity.
